When you refer us a full Leasing and Management account, we will pay you a referral fee of 25% of the first month's rent. If you are going to do the leasing and just want us to manage the property, we will process the application for a modest fee. You just bring us the rental application and we do the rest.
When you refer us a client, they are linked to you through our Property Management software. Generally, we are the first to find out if an owner is thinking of selling. You will be notified immediatly of their intent should they express an interest in selling. We are not your competition, the clients are always yours. We are here for you so you can have a good chance of getting that listing down the road.
